Update! DSTWO has a problem that I didn't see on my first test! It freezes when you're trying to exit the POKéMON menu!

Working so far with Dicastia patch; no freezing, can gain exp, no save or load problems. Played for about an hour. Maybe something interesting will happen later.

I would like to confirm that Pokemon White 2 works perfectly on R4i Gold Plus running RetroGameFans latest firmware. I just patched the ROM with the ds-scene tool and played it. Have not tried to trim the ROM yet but I assume it'll work still.


EDIT: I have tried Pokemon White 2 and Black 2 clean and trimmed, and both work flawlessly. I experience no crashing of any kind, no noticeable or crippling lag, and I can gain experience.

Sorry for using colored font, but since its a test result... allow me

ROM: Pokemon White 2

Tester: MJaoune

Type: Clean (Non-patched) (And no AP patch either)

System/Console: Nintendo DS Lite

Flashcart: N5 (R4 clone)

Save size: 8 MegaBytes (Its more than enough, but since I just wanted to test, this size works)

Firmware: Using WAIO With special DLDI driver which I included that allows save functioning and sneaking any Anti-Piracy technology (I will upload the whole package soon to DS-Scene)

Starts correctly? Yes

Can save? Yes

Can load? Yes

Laggy? Not at all

Freezes? No (At least as far as I have tested) (Also not freezing when exiting the Pokemon menu as in the DS-TWO)

Gametest time: 20 Minutes

Works online? Still not tested, but will report it soon.

Ok ive gone into the trim, patch menu, BUT im stuck on not knowing on what to do with the Input and Output Directory. Ive updated with all the updates, just stuck there.
