Well im at that part that  Opelucid City got frozen in ice
i defeated team plasma and that purple dude
than those ninjas stole that item from the gym leader
when i go to the exit of that city (walked to the right)
a ninja appears after i battle that cunt he dissapears
and now idunno what to do pleas help

I don't know why but the game fps is sometimes low on my acekard 2i ... does someone knows what might be thw problem?

when do you have fps drops?
when you go outside a town to a route, that don't have this building between them, then its normal because the game loads the Route/town
I also have some lower fps on the Opening video.

i defeated the 8th gym leader when im outside the gym my rival and the gym leader are walking to the south when i go that way they are no were what must i do now?
