Well guys it is  a shame but I had enough and I banned Congruent for trolling. There's only so much I can put up with and he was clearly stirring up trouble for amusement aka trolling.

Like always I like to let you know what is going on, if you want to dispute this with me then please discuss it here. ;)

I agree with you this is not a place to come and cause trouble. It´s a place to come and learn about the DS scene and all the good things it has to offer. Most people respect it and enjoy using the site to learn new things out. The people who just want to ruin things for others there is no place for them here, other members do not want to see or hear from trouble makers.

Check www.google.pl because I can be wrong - Trolling (I think) is spamming WriTinG tHiS wAy and something else...I guess...
Retrohead - if You have proof/reason to ban then BAN, when one user on my forum broke one rule gained notification than broke other and was warned and this way we got to ban without begging him or something...
My friend would say probably "Neo baby" (in translation) it was similar to trolling ^_^" ("Neo Baby" means in my country someone who is spammer, noob etc.)

Here is a description of an internet troll:

Wikipedia
An Internet troll, or simply troll in Internet slang, is someone who posts controversial and usually irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, with the intention of baiting other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

Thankfully we do not get many of these on DS-Scene and those that we do get are dealt with promptly. I hope that answered sabito's question.

Believe it or not, I didn't even witness the reported trolling.  But, I can only assume that it happened, since the topic was brought up.

Honestly, there shouldn't even be a need for the banishment of people from places, but this isn't a perfect world, and the people who live here can be downright and aggressively lacking in mental capacity (what?  It sounded better than calling people morons).  This site, and others like it, have set rules that some people do not even bother reading, leaving me with a feeling of elation due to the fact that I haven't been a forum moderator in years.  Were I asked to do the job again, yeah, I would take it, but there's really no reason for me to.  I visit most of the sites in my bookmarks once a day, more if there's a topic of interest I like hearing about.

Seriously folks, can we leave the trolling and flaming for IRC or chatrooms (a la Yahoo or whatever sites still have chatrooms these days)?  I'll admit to picking fights in chatrooms, usually against people who tend to deserve it (i.e. the children the US army is giving guns to for the war over in Iraq, further explanations given in PM).  Unfortunately, most of my "targets" tend to not be very intellectual, leaving me to verbally PWN them with little effort (totally bores me when that happens).
