  3ds online error

My little brother is getting a 006-0803 error on his 3ds when ever he trys to play online , but he can access his : friend list , e shop and internet

Is anyone else getting this error?

Tell him to try hitting the Home button while it's connecting, then return to the game. Does the trick for me.

I get this all the time with Resident Evil The Mercenaries.
I fixed it by sitting right next to my router. As in not a freaking single millimeter away from it.

i never had problems online, except with Mario kart, sometimes i just lose the connection.
