Hi - 4 years ago or so I bought a new Pokemon Center Pikachu edition DS lite off eBay - unused/mint condition - boxed - the whole nine. I'm considering selling off my considerable hoard of a collection of cool stuff and was wondering whether anyone was interested in this particular item, or whether I should just keep it. Its wasted on me, keeping it in storage. There comes a time when you just have to get rid of past luxuries and purchase grown-up stuff. I'm saving for a grown-up purchase . Should I list it? Thanks for any input.

I'm quite sure there are people who would pay a fairly large sum of money for such a DS. At least I would - if I actually had any money. I say go for it, you're not going to use it anymore anyway, so it's best to do away with it (unless you wish to impress your friends with it, but I suppose that's not going to happen anymore ).

Yeah - I was one of those people who bit - I bought it during the nice microsoft instant cashback bing-search days - probably with a 25% back instance, just to have it - never used it - just having it sitting in storage with stuff like the red god of war psp, red resident evil limited 360, red mario "M" ds lite bundle, etc - all unused, sealed. Gotta think more of REAL diamonds than pokemon diamond, y'know?

I actually wouldn't own more than one of a luxury item unless it was for a backup, and then it'd have to be free. A pikachu DS works just as well as a vanilla DS.
