Time for a bump, what with the new peeps around here. I've started using last.fm far more over the past months and I've really been enjoying all the new music it's suggested me.
For me the point of Last.fm is keeping track of my listening habits (I'm surprised at some of my stats, most played artists, etc), and getting recommendations for new stuff. I guess some people are on it for the "social networking" stuff, but I never saw the benefits of that.
Oh, and it's a great place for trolls. Just go to the Burial shoutbox and say that Skrillex is better, or similar.
