hello everyone, I recently picked up a DS lite and was playing Mario Kart DS. I went to the option to connect online via wifi.

When it asked for my password, it stopped after I had entered a certain amount of characters, and I still had about twice as much to go to complete my password!

In short, my wifi password is too long.

Any way around this?

Opera Web Browser for DS and a few girl-diary games are the only DS games I know that make you enter a password, what are you playing? O.o

It's not a password it's called Wep code it's a way to protect your router's wi-fi from being stolen by your neighbours. The Nintendo DS accepts only WEP codes there are longer and safer codes than the wep but as you said they won't fit. Go in your router's wi-fi settings and set the key type to WEP.
