I just tried the 2.0 patch on CycloDS vB.5 and it crashes after your dad jumps out the window which was where the protection kicked in.
So i've used the 2.11 ALTERNATIVE patch which works fine now.

If you had problems like me using the 2.0 patch then re-download it again as Ive changed the file on ds-scene to the v2.11 archive which should work fine for everyone.
