You can use it to watch flipnote animations from other people.

Btw, I think I've already told someone but the proper name is Ugoku Memo-chou Viewer (JPN).

(メモ帳 = memo-chou = notepad)


ok, so basically its the same thing as the flipnote thing on dsiware?ok, then isn't this kinda pointless?
