Because it's not released by the scene. It doesn't exist.
That's a phenomena that we have for more than a year now.
This is a priviate leak someone made and gave to P2P without any connection to the scene. If there's not a single scene group interested in repacking it - and it seems that really nobody cares about this Rom - then this game is lost forever. Some kids may have it from P2P, but it's not in the archives of the scene. Just at the Micro SD card of some pirates.
The officle release date is today 28 FEB 2012 , But yes the XXXX release is a wifi back-up of the game with missing data in the header of the ROM.
I would not be supprised if the scenes later are maybe tonight will have a officle release by using a wood dumper we hope .
If not i would be gob smaked
