Nope, even though they have the same screen resolution, they're designed for the DSi's hardware. It's kinda like the DSi Only games. Some of those don't even actually use any of the camera features or stuff like that, but it's still impossible to play them on a Lite.
If I had enough spare cash, I would gift you a DSi, man. Heck, I'm going to look for a job soon so I can get a bit of money myself, if I get enough, I'll see if I can arrange some things.
(Don't get your hopes up though, because I'm a lazy bastard. )

I would recommend not running some random .exe file from a file hosting service without a solid source. However, if this does turn out to be real, it could be huge news.
